Manila, Philippines – The 66th edition of The Outstanding Young Men (TOYM) Awards officially launched on May 29, 2025, at the Rizal Park Hotel, with the national kickoff and the Metro Area 2 launch held jointly to mark the beginning of the search for the country’s most inspiring young leaders.
JCI Philippines National President Felix Venson “Thirdie” Chua led the ceremonies, joined by TOYM National Chairperson Hannah Chloe Cano, Metro Area Vice President JM Moyaen, and Area 2 TOYM Chairperson Hope Bryan Agudo of JCI ASEANA, the hosting chapter. JCI ASEANA Local Organization President Geormina Imperial welcomed guests, partners, and awardees to the joint launch.
The event was also graced by 2024 TOYM awardees Billie Crystal Dumaliang and Eleazar Abraham Orobia, who shared insights on their advocacies and the vital role of the TOYM platform in driving youth leadership and civic responsibility.
In attendance as well were Maria Doris Dumlao-Abadilla and Rey Felix Rafols, both Directors of the TOYM Foundation, along with Darry Cruz, Executive Director of TOYM, who collectively reaffirmed the Foundation’s dedication to recognizing young Filipinos who champion innovation, leadership, and nation-building.
Adding prestige to the gathering was Cecilia La Madrid Dy, National President of the JCI Senate Philippines, whose presence highlighted the intergenerational support for TOYM and its role in shaping future leaders.
With the theme “Excellence in Action, Building a Better Tomorrow,” TOYM 2025 aims to expand its reach and celebrate a broader spectrum of young Filipino achievers. The program seeks to inspire the next generation of leaders by recognizing individuals who exemplify innovation, integrity, and impactful service in their respective fields.

The national and area launch underscored the strong collaboration between JCI Philippines, the TOYM Foundation, and local JCI chapters in fostering inclusive recognition and building a sustainable platform for excellence. It also echoed JCI Metro Area’s core mantra—Drive for Change—by spotlighting stories that empower, elevate, and transform communities through youth-led initiatives.
