In celebration of National Women’s Month, JCI Philippines Metro Area proudly launched the Pinay Power National Program last March 27, 2025, at NCBA Cubao, with the theme “Babae sa Lahat ng Sektor, Aangat ang Bukas.”
Hosted by JCI Marikina Marikit, the event featured their flagship program Juana Matibay Ka, empowering women through resilience and leadership. Area Chair Regina Morales led the launch, joined by Local President Shella Marie Mira, who inspired with her message on compassionate, inclusive leadership.
Metro Area VP JM Moyaen and Executive Director Vinz Mojares graced the event, highlighting the powerful role of women in shaping communities.
In his message, AVP JM emphasized the importance of women in leadership, expressing heartfelt admiration for the courage, dedication, and transformative power that women bring into their communities and organizations. “When women lead, communities rise,” he said. “Empowered women don’t just build better futures for themselves—they uplift everyone around them.”
Over 1,300 participants from JCI, SK, schools, churches, and the Muslim community joined the celebration, with support from the NYC, GAD, and NCBA.
Through Pinay Power, JCI Metro Area continues to #DriveForChange by uplifting women leaders who build better communities for all.
