Local Organizations under JCI Philippines Metro Area were once again recognized for excellence as the Office of the National Executive Vice President unveiled the results of its Small Wins Awards for the first two quarters of the year.
The awards program highlights Local Organizations, Regions, and Areas that implemented the highest number of JCIP National Programs per quarter—celebrating consistent efforts, impactful leadership, and community transformation.
Quarter 1 Triumph: JCI Mandaluyong and Metro East Take the Lead
In the first quarter, JCI Mandaluyong emerged as the Top Local Organization in Area 2, a recognition earned through their strong commitment to delivering relevant and impactful national programs. This achievement reflects the focused leadership of LO Pres. Arvin De Dios, whose direction helped fuel the chapter’s continued growth and service initiatives.
At the regional level, Metro East claimed the national title of Top Region, a result of strategic coordination and active mobilization under the stewardship of Regional Vice President Reginald Andal. His leadership enabled the region to achieve alignment with national priorities while strengthening grassroots implementation across member LOs.
Quarter 2 Recognition: JCI Malabon Araneta Continues the Momentum
For the second quarter, JCI Malabon Araneta took center stage as Top Local Organization in Area 2, further proving the Metro Area’s consistency in nationwide performance. Spearheading this achievement is LO President Karren Dorado-Francisco, whose dynamic leadership brought the chapter’s programs to life and elevated community engagement through sustainable, inclusive initiatives.
Small Wins, Big Impact
The Small Wins Awards celebrates not just the number of national programs completed, but the spirit behind each successful execution. It honors the commitment, collaboration, and perseverance of Local Organizations and leaders who consistently choose to act with purpose—regardless of scale.
Metro Area’s strong showing in both quarters is a testament to the caliber of its leadership and the deep-rooted culture of service embedded in its Local Organizations. From Pres. Arvin De Dios’ community-driven work in Mandaluyong, to Pres. Karren Francisco’s impactful programs in Malabon Araneta, and RVP Rhej Andal’s regional guidance across Metro East, these accomplishments underscore how transformational leadership turns small wins into lasting change.
These recognitions are more than accolades—they represent a shared vision of building better communities and a better nation, one purposeful act at a time.
