JCI Malolos INC. marked a moment of pride for the Philippines as Mark Jester Manarang was named one of the Top 3 Finalists for the Most Outstanding JCI Member during the 2025 JCI Asia Pacific Conference (ASPAC) held in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
Representing the JCI Philippines in this prestigious regional search, Manarang was recognized for his unwavering commitment to civic engagement, leadership development, and impactful community service — values deeply rooted in the JCI mission.
Manarang’s path of service is extensive. He led JCI Malolos in 2018, guided the Metro North Region as JCI Philippines’ Regional Vice President in 2021, and advanced nationwide training as National Skills Development Director in 2022. Internationally, he strengthened emerging chapters in Timor-Leste as a Development Officer (2022–2023) and now oversees social media for the JCI Asia-Pacific Region. Last October he was also named the 2024 Most Outstanding JCI Member in the Philippines.
His latest regional recognition reflects the JCI Metro Area’s “Drive for Change,” proving how purpose-driven leaders from the area can spark lasting, positive change both at home and across borders.
