A proud moment for JCI Philippines Metro Area as 22 Local Organization Presidents successfully completed the 2025 Mid-Year Academy, held in Surigao City and Siargao Island from June 26 to 29, 2025.
This national leadership program, spearheaded by JCI Philippines, is designed to reignite purpose, sharpen leadership skills, and align chapter leaders across the country toward sustainable impact for the rest of the year. Through workshops, team-building, and legacy planning sessions, participants were equipped to continue their journey in building better communities.
Representing the Metro Area, 22 local presidents emerged as graduates, ready to lead the second half of 2025 with vision, strategy, and heart. Their presence reinforced the area’s strong commitment to its theme: “Drive for Change.”
Metro Area Vice President Joey Moyaen also hosted a fellowship dinner for the Metro Area delegates and board members, a night that strengthened camaraderie and renewed their shared purpose as co-drivers for impact.
As we enter a new quarter, these empowered leaders return home ready to lead not just with action, but with intention.
