JCI Philippines Metro Area proudly celebrates a new generation of changemakers as 27 emerging leaders graduated from the 2025 Future Leaders’ Academy, held in Surigao City and Siargao Island from June 26 to 29.

This national leadership training program equips aspiring presidents, officers, and project leaders with essential tools to lead with clarity, strategy, and purpose. With sessions on vision setting, legacy planning, and collaborative leadership, this year’s academy reaffirmed the values that define JCI leadership: action, empathy, and impact.

Representing various local organizations from Metro Area, the 27 graduates return home with sharpened leadership skills and a renewed commitment to embody the Metro Area theme — “Drive for Change.”

As these future leaders rise, they bring back more than just lessons, they bring momentum to lead their chapters and communities with passion and purpose.
